Prices on the Site are shown in SEK (Swedish Kronor), but You can choose Euros or USD in the right sidebar - NOTE the price will go back to SEK when checking out and the amount charged will be in SEK converted to your local currency, exact amount depending on currency conversion rate of the chosen payment method. All prices include Swedish VAT.
We ship worldwide. Shipping to a pick-up point, standard delivery time is free of charge within Europe. Express shipping can be chosen at check-out for an extra cost.
All “Available Now” futurelics are in stock and will be dispatched Monday-Friday within five days of purchase. Delivery time varies depending on country of destination and can also be affected by public holidays.
The “Not Available Now” futurelics will come in stock shorty. We only sell a couple of styles at a time. If Your desired futurelic is n/a (not available), sign up on our mailing list and well let You know when it drops on the site.
As our much valued customer You are of course entitled to changing your mind after purchase. If You wish to exchange or return the futurelic; just send us an email with order number and Your relevant contact info at support@correct domain address (if You are not a computer You can figure it out) within 14 days of receipt. We will send You a return form and shipping label. This will be sent to You by email and will require printing. The product needs to be unworn, no scratches and with its' tag still on. Make sure the futurelic is securely wrapped in both capsule and package it was delivered in – and new outside box if necessary. Please ensure your return form is enclosed in the return parcel. When exchanging or returning an item we do not pay for return shipping or any associated costs of customs fees and taxes (if outside of EU), you have to cover these costs yourself. Once we receive the returned item(s) a refund (minus any additional cost of shipping and / or customs) will be issued to You within 10 working days.
If You receive a faulty or damaged item You must also contact us within 14 days of receipt. Send detailed description including photos of the item and we will send You a return- and claims form and shipping label which will require printing, return shipping will in this case be free of charge. Same procedure as for regular returns, see above – but if You wish we will send You a new product, as soon as your claim is handled. If the futurelic is out of stock we will issue a full refund.
If You change your mind immediately after ordering You must contact us at support@correct domain address (you are here so You know it) within two hours of placing your order – name the email cancellation and we will get back to You within three working days.
You have 14 days to pick up your futurelics package from the pick-up point. When the package has been delivered to the pick-up point You will get a notification via email or text-message. If You do not pick-up your package within the 14 days we will charge for all related costs for the shipment and the return of the package to us. Note that as the period of exchange and returns is passed (14 days from day of order), we will send You an invoice for freight and administrative costs for return shipment.

In the event of war, natural disaster or revolution we have the right to assert force majeure. Meaning that the agreement of purchase will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. This must never happen – so use Your right to vote, recycle as much as possible, wash your hands often and help to fight loneliness, it is a terrible thing.
